Quality Policy: Goa State Industries Association (GSIA), aims to enhance customer satisfaction, as a 'Facilitator' for our members / MSME units in the State and to increase their satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement.
Objectives
I. Statutory Issues
Liaison with Head of Government atleast 4 times a year
Take up issues of MSME sector to the concerned authorities
To sensitize our members on regulatory requirements
II. Developmental Activity
Operate Sub-Contract Exchange for benefit of members
To hold Entrepreneur Development Programmes; Seminars, Workshops, & counselling service once in 6 months to educate members, potential entrepreneurs & develop business

Organize Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions & Industrial Tours
III. Information Sharing & Membership
Publication of bi-monthly News Bulletin & hosting of website for dissemination of information
To increase membership of GSIA by 2% year on year
